As you know I haven't posted a single artwork for the last year, but I have good reasons for it. I stopped posting artwork for my sake, to stop the need, this desire to try and impress people on the internet. That short term happiness can only get you so far; I've found the joy in just drawing things that are fun, for myself! It sounds cheesy and cliche, but it's one of those "Believe in you that believes in you" slice in life moments if you get my drift. Wow, it's May 3rd of 2013! The last post I made was back in August! I've been gone for a long time, but that doesn't mean that I've stopped drawing during that time! I felt so hesitant about drawing because it would take so much of my time and I've had some rough semesters this year. In the end, I was just over thinking things, drawing a bit too seriously and trying to get attention with it. I've been drawing still, basically trying to build up my self-confidence and practicing more and more often. I feel a bit more competent now, in a good way of course! I'll post stuff that I've worked on while I was gone!
